This is actually a mock up of a pillow that people can buy. I have products up at Society6.com and they print on a polyester type fabric to make these pillows. But if I were to make one of these pillows from SF fabric I'd probably use the poplin. And I'd add a ruffle, because I think the design demands a ruffle and because I seem to love all the ruffles I've seen on your blog.
